SWOT Analysis in P&G
SWOT Analysis Findings

P&G has recently faced difficulties with the environment,

hazards associated with product counterfeiting and branding,
and rising operating costs.
Despite the difficulties and pandemics, P&G's global activities
are diverse, and the firm has grown and prospered thanks to its
many popular brands.
To maintain its position as the market leader in the consumer
goods sector, P&G should address operational and marketing
risks and take advantage of emerging market opportunities.
