• Project Management is defined as the practice
of initiating, planning, executing, controlling,
and closing the work of a team to achieve
specific goals and meet specific success
criteria at the specified time.

• The primary task of project management is to
achieve all of the project goals within the given
constraints
• Project management follows through a particular
cycle, through which relevant information must be
gathered through meticulous consultation with
stakeholders, in order to make the best decisions on
their behalf.
• According to Snyder Cynthia (2018), data gathering
is achieved through various methods by assembling
inputs into outputs. Beyond data collection, analysis
follows through, in order to make meaning out of the
summaries for use as implementation tools
