What is Loyalty?
 It mean to standby, stick up for and protect
your family, friends, school and country.
Loyalty is a special moral responsibility to
promote and protect the interest of others.
This duty goes beyond the normal obligation
we all share to care for others.
LOYALTY
• Agency loyalty
 Is an obligation to fullfill his/her contractual duties to the
employer
 For engineers, the paramount obligation is still “the safety ,
health and welfare of the public”.
• Identification loyalty
 Is concerned with attitudes, emotions and a sense of personal
identity.
 Is a more virtue than an obligation
What is Ethcis?
Ethics is the study of what is mean to “do the
right thing”
Ethics rules are followed in our interactions
with other people
Ethics theories goal:
-Enhance human dignity , peace ,happiness
What is Ethical Behaviour?
 Ethical behaviour mean:
 Knowing the difference between right and
wrong
 Consciously choosing to do right.
