INGREDIENTS
• 1½ cups with 2 tablespoons of White Flower Prepared Flour
(210grs.)
• 2 cups of fresh milk (500 ml)
• 2 eggs
• 3 g salt
• Gold Seal Margarine
PREPARATION
STEP 1
Gather all the ingredients in the jug of a juicer by
pouring the liquids such as milk, eggs and margarine
first and the dry ingredients last (this way it will be
easier to integrate everything), process at medium
speed for a few seconds until you get a homogeneous
smoothie.

STEP 2
Then heat a Teflon or non-stick frying pan of medium diameter, pour ¾ of a ladle and distribute all
over the pan with circular and inclined movements with the handle of the pan. Cook for a few seconds
until golden brown on the edges and flip. Cook for a few seconds more and repeat the procedure until
the mixture is finished.
STEP 3
Once ready, fill them one by one with a spoonful of manjar and roll them up, sprinkle with powdered
sugar and serve immediately hot or cold as you like.

INGREDIENTS
• 2 yellow peppers without veins and seeds
• 1 piece of fresh cheese
• ½ cup milk
• 4 cooked white potatoes
• olives
• boiled eggs
• Lettuce leaves
• Salt
• 1 package of crackers
PREPARATION
• Step 1

Place the yellow peppers, cheese, milk, crackers and a pinch of salt
in the blender and begin to blend until a thick paste is obtained.

• Step 2

Place the lettuce on a plate, place the boiled potatoes (previously


cut into slices) on top and pour the huancaína cream on top.

• Step 3

Finally, garnish with olives (optional) and egg, and enjoy this delicious
dish that is usually accompanied with tallarines verdes or arroz verde.

INGREDIENTS
• 250 g of noodles
• 200 g of cooked ham
• 200 ml of milk cream
• ½ cup grated cheese
• 3 tablespoons of margarine
• Pepper
• Salt
PREPARATION
STEP 1
Put your favorite pasta in the water so that the water completely covers it, cook
according to the time on the package, normally it cook for 10 to 15 minutes,
this depends on the cooking point that one prefers. I like pasta al dente.

STEP 2
To prepare the White Sauce recipe, start by melting the margarine in
a pan over medium heat, then add the heavy cream and mix well,
then add grated cheese until well incorporated.

STEP 3
I season with a little salt and pepper, then add the chopped pre-
cooked ham, mix and finally add the pasta.
Mix everything well, and the food is ready to enjoy.
