In this exercise, you will create:

1. A System Property Category

2. Two Application Properties
3. Two Application Modules

Using your ServiceNow instance, do the following:

• Create a system property category named ‘Criteria’ and attach at least 1 file
to it. (any file: File name must be: Sample File_LASTNAME)
• Add the following application properties: ‘Base’ and ‘Records’
• Create the following modules: ‘Base’ and ‘Records’ to easily view the
properties.
