Reliance power limited is a part of the Reliance Group One of Indias largest Business houses. The comprises companies in the telecommunication. Financial services, media and Entertainment, Infrastructure limited and Reliance Power. Reliance Power has been established to develop construct and operate power project domestically and internationally. The company on its own and through subsidiaries has a portfolio of over 35000MW of power generation capacity. Dash Operational as well as under development. The Power Project are planned to be divers in geographic location , fuel type, fuel source and off- take, and each project is planned to be strategically located near on available fuel supply or load centre. The company has 600MW of operational power generation assets. The project under development. Include seven coal-fired project to be fuelled by reserves from captive minus and supplies from India and abroad two gasfired Uttar khan.

The wage of employees in Power Industry shall consist of: Basic Wage D.A. S.D.A. O.T. Bonus T.A.
Over Time Calculation:O.T. = (Basic / 8) * 2 8 is the one day working hours. . PF distribution:According to the PF act 1952 If the employee salary under the 6500/- than pf contribution of employee is 12% of basic. And employer contribution 12%. Or 13.67%. If employee salary is more than 6500/- than pf contribution of employee is it may be join as a member of pf and it may be contribute more than 12% of basic. But employer contribution nil but pf act 1952 provide the 8.5% interest.
