Some experts who view about training evaluation system process they are1. krikpatrics view. 2. Traceys view. 3. Hamblins view. From the above experts view we are going to learn krikpatric view.

overview
There are four levels of training evaluation program. y Developed by Donald L. Krikpatrics in 1959 y Named as krikpatric Model. y Become the most widely used approch to training evaluation program.
y

The Krikpatric Model

Level y Level y Level y Level
y

I- Reaction II- Learning III- Behavior IV- Result

Level I-Reaction IMeasures how participants in a program react to the training. y Krikpatric also refers to this as a measure of customer satisfaction by those being trained. y positive reaction may not ensured learning, but negative reaction almost certainly reduces the posibility of its occuring
y

Level II- Learning IIDefined as a participants improve knowledge, increase skill, and change attitude as a result of attending the program. y According to Krikpatric learning has taken place when one or more of the following occurs y Knowledge is increase. y Skill is improved y Attitude are changed
y

For behavior to be changed one or more of these changed have to take place

Level III-Behavior IIIy y y y y y y

For behavior to change, the person must have a desire to change, know what to do and how to do it work in the right climate be rewarded for changing. Some trainers want to by pass level 1 and 2 in ordered to measure changes in behavior. The four level be dually carried out with each level contributing to the acuraing of the next.

Level IV-Result IVy y

Occurred because the participant attended the program. Can include increase production, improved quality, decreased costs, reduced frequency or severity of accidents, increased sales, reduce turnover and profit Can help measure, improvement in leadership, communication, motivation, time management, empowerment and decision making.

Conclusion
Though the above mention four ways approach simplifies the complicated procedure of evaluation of training, proper method must be developed on scientific line and should be tasted constantly if they are to improve the usefulness and effectiveness of training programmes.
