classification hypersensitivity
1. Type I hypersensitivity
Type I hypersensitivity is also known as direct or anaphylactic
hypersensitivity. This reaction is associated with the skin, eyes,
nasopharynx, bronkopulmonari network, and gastrointestinal tract.
2. Type II hypersensitivity
Type II hypersensitivity caused by antibodies in the form of
immunoglobulin G (IgG) and immunoglobulin E (IgE) against
antigens on the cell surface and extracellular matrix. The damage
will be limited or specific to the cell or tissue is directly related to
these antigens. In general, antibodies that directly interact with cell
surface antigens would be pathogenic and cause damage to the
target cell.
3. Type III hypersensitivity
Type III hypersensitivity is an immune complex
hypersensitivity. This is due to the deposition of antigen-
antibody complexes were small and dissolved in the
network. It is characterized by the onset of inflammation

complexes produced in large quantities and balance will
be cleared by the phagocytes
4. Type IV hypersensitivity
Type IV hypersensitivity known as cell-mediated
