INTRODUCTION

The CRC is a unique concept and one of its kinds in India in bringing the industry and academia close to each other and provides need based education and organization support.

It has the task to organize in-campus interviews for the student placement and training.

CRC organizes corporate guest lectures and industry interaction.

PLACEMENT PROCESS
Invitation along with request for Campus Recruitment and JAF (Job Announcement form) are sent to recruiters.

After receiving correspondence and filled JAF from the company, the PPT dates are finalized company. in consultation with the

The relevant information is then passed onto the students and posted on the students portal.

Representatives from the company conduct Pre-placement discussions

The CRC releases the placement schedule for the companies. The dates are allotted on the basis of:

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR CRC STAFF

Arranging transportation for visitors and guests.

Maintained good public relations, updating of personnel files, coordinating within internal departments.

Prepared and maintained all students data for placement & forwarded to update date to various companies.

During placement process handling all arrangement for companies delegates as their requirement.

Preparing companies detail. At the end take feedback forms, from the companies delegates.
