Telford Engineering post-MEXIT

Strategic options developed by Sub-Committee

 Cost Reduction

1. A crucial turnaround approach is COST CUTTING. Our first aim in light of the current crisis
is to increase our immediate Cash Flows following the MEXIT.

2. Although outsourcing the Accounting Department functions have helped us save costs,
alternative sources shall also be considered.

3. Materials from CETA imports may be obtained from a significant domestic provider. In order
to lessen the negative effects of a probable increase in material costs owing to the weakening
of the M$ versus the C$, our goal will be to find suppliers of the same quality for the same or
better price.
 Market Expansion

1. Telford Engineering can take MEXITas an opportunity to expand itsforeign markets

beyond CETA.

2. Even though the number of exports to CETA will decrease, the probable decline in the
value of the M$ can be a chance to trade with other nations since they will now find our
products to be more reasonable.

3. This will help us fill the Revenue Loss created by reduced exports to CETA.
