Organisational culture:
Organic stational cultural shared values and belifes that
members to understand their roles and the norms of the
organisation is the typical characters of the organisation pattern
of shared basic assumptions that the group learned as it solved its
problem that has be worked well enough.
To be considered valid and is passed on to new members as the
correct way to perceive, think and feel it relations to those
problems.

PRIMARY DATA:
Primary sources are original sources from which the researcher
directly collects data that have not been previously collected, e.g.,
collection of data directly by the researcher on brand awareness, brand
performance. Primary Data is defined as the first hand data it was
collected through interviewing and personal discussion with concerned
officials h and department heads of the company.
SECONDARY DATA
The secondary data means data are already available i.e., they refer
to the data which have already been collected and by some one else. it
was collected through company broachers,website ,journals
magazine ,etc . these the source containing data that have been
collected and compiled for another purpose.
