Cinnamon Apple Pull Apart

This sticky-sweet apple cinnamon pull-apart
bread is so fun to eat (for breakfast or
anytime!)
This sweet bread combines fresh apples,
melted butter and a sweet cinnamon-sugar
filling tucked between slices of soft bread.
Prep Time

Ingredients

For Dough For the filling

Flour: 2 3/4 cup Brown sugar :1/2 cup


Warm water: 1 cup-2 tbsp Unsalted
Instant yeast: 1 tsp Butter(softened) 1/4 cup
Salt : 1 tsp
Cinnamon powder 2 tsp
Butter: 3 tbsp
Sugar : 1 tbsp

using a knife or
paring knife
Preparation for Dough
Into a bowl, add
in the lukewarm
water,
sugar,salt,yeast
and stir to
dissolve the
ingredients in
water
Add the
softened
butter and
Add the flour
Mix Until form a
Shaggy
Dough ,transfer
the shaggy dough
into clean table,.
We need kneading the dough, in
the beginning slightly sticky,but
Just continue kneading in 5 to 6
minutes for to achieve soft dough
Shape it into a
ball ; then flatten
it a little and then
cover it with a
bowl, and let the
dough rest for
5minutes
Shape the Dough

Pat, stretch
and roll out the
dough to form
a rectangle
Cut the dough into 4
long strips.Stack each
of them.So that we
will get a set of four
dough strips with four
layers of dough on
each
cover the bread pan
loosely with a plastic
wrap and let the dough
rise for 40 minutes in a
warm environment.
after that After
proofing, place the loaf
pan into the 350 F or
180 C preheated oven.
After 30minutes Baking in 180° C Bake The
Bread again in 150 °C for 15minutes
Cool down on room temperature for
30minutes to avoiding moist.
Finally After 45
minutes here is the
Final Result
Review
Appearance - golden brown

Texture -soft and lighten moist


cinnamon bread and crispy on
the top

Flavor/Taste - slightly sweet
