 History of Chief Complaints
 The patient was alright before 5
years, then he started
 Getting tingling, numbness in both the
legs.
 There is drawing sensation in left leg.

 There is itching in the thighs causes

electric shock like pains in both the legs

 Then he got burning in the neck
especially on the left side
 Also he got complaints of itching of

inner aspect of the thigh. There is

severe itching, patient scratches
until it bleeds which ameliorates the
symptoms.

 Childhood:
 All the milestones were normal.
 No any major illness in childhood
 No any history of measles, mumps, etc.
 Adulthood:
 H/O prolapsed of interverterbral disc 6
months back.
 H/O TB of lung before 2 years.

At Dinner 1 Bhakri + Dal + Chawal

child born to his parents. He has 3 elder
brothers and 2 elder sisters. He is living with
all his brothers. He is the youngest among
them.
 He had done his schooling up to 8 years
after that he had left his education and
started working with the father and brothers
in the farm.
 He got married at the age of 17 years. Now
he had four sons and one daughter. All are
married and living healthy life.

 His wife is very quarrelsome, so he became
irritable after his marriage. His in laws were
always interfering in his family matter so he
always gets irritate very easily and gets angry
on everything.
 At the age of 35, he had fallen from height
while going alone through forest and from
since then he always wants company.

ghosts.
