sheet piles or of Concrete
diaphgram walls are to control the
seepage path. The U-shaped steel
sheet piles are design and
proposed as cut-off walls. As these
steel sheet piles will be permanent
and will server and act as cut-off
walls throughout life-span of the
structure, so are design such that
after erosion sufficient thickness
will remain and serve the purpose.
