• An Appendix is also has a different title descriptive of its
contents other than “Appendix A” “Appendix B” and so
on.
• Appendix A can also be called Appendix 1

mentioned in this chapter followed by Appendix B, C
and so on.

A request letter to the adviser is where the researchers are
asking for permission to help with a particular request. It is
most commonly placed in appendix a.

What is the purpose of a request letter?


Requests such as asking them to be their thesis adviser or
asking for completion for this study. The letter must be
professional, explain your request in more detail,
summarize your reason for writing before concluding with
thanks and closing your letter.
