Circle
A circle is the set of all points in a plane that are equidistant from a fixed point. The fixed point is called
the center of the circle and the equidistant is called the radius of the circle.
Example 1
Write the standard form of the equation of the circle with a radius of 6 and
center (0, 0).

Write the standard form of the equation of the circle with a radius of 2 and
center (-1, 3).
