 Warehouse Procurements

● Warehouse procurements can be made as soon as warehouse locations are

opened up.
● Warehouse finished goods vendors are the same for retail.
● Warehouse raw material vendors are different from finished goods vendors.
● Learners can procure two different types of items into warehouse, which are :

• Finished goods

• Raw Materials

Before making any procurement

transactions, Learners should ensure AT
LEAST ONE warehouse location has been
opened up.
Warehouse Procurements – Finished goods
1. Learner can click the
“Warehouse/logistic” tab to show the
“Procure Finished Goods” sub tab.

2. Learner then can click the “Procure

Finished Goods” sub tab.

3. A “Finished Goods Purchase” Pop out

will appear. Learner will then decide
the preferred vendor,location, quantity
and the payment type.

4. Then, the learner can click “submit”

to generate a PO.

5. A PO will then be generated, the learner

can choose whether to approve or cancel
the PO for purchasing the finished goods..

1. Learner can click the
“Warehouse/logistic” tab to show the
“Procure Raw Materials” sub tab.

2. Learner then can click the “Procure Raw

Materials” sub tab.

3. A “Raw Material Purchase” Pop out will

appear. Learner will then decide the
preferred vendor,location, quantity and
the payment type.

4. Then, the learner can click

“submit” to generate a PO.
