• Importance of Emotional Intelligence


EI is using emotions to think and enhance our reasoning.those with high EI are able to manage their
emotions as well as use their emotions to facilitate their thinking and understand the emotions of others.

• Difference between EQ and IQ

EQ(Performance)=IQ(Expertise)+Personality
EI is the strongest predictor of workplace performance.
• Importance of Trust in a team
Trust is essential to an effective team, because it provides a sense of
safety. When your team members feel safe with each other, they feel
comfortable to open up, take appropriate risks, and expose
vulnerabilities.

• Conflict Management
Actions, responses, processes and systems that help prevent, identify,
handle and manage conflicts in sensible ,fair, peaceful, meaningful
and efficient/effective manner.

Stages of intercultural sensitivity are
 Acceptance: People may not agree or like the differences they observe but they
are interested in finding out and learning about another culture.
 Adaptation: Individuals become more competent in their ability to
communicate with other cultures. They can adapt behaviour to fit the norms of a
different culture.
 Integration: Shift easily from one cultural frame of reference to another,
develop empathy for other cultures and are equally comfortable with one culture
or another

• Importance of Goal setting and Time management


Goals are an important part of running a successful business. They can give you a clear focus, motivate
employees and set targets for your business to work towards. Goal setting can also provide you with a set of
criteria to see if your business is succeeding. Goal setting also provide us with a Aim to achive so that
planning could be done and time could be effectively managed.

A questionnaire was provided with find our way of learning out of Activist, Pragmatist, Theorist and
Reflectors.
