1)Blake Pier
Blake pier was
transferred to Stanley in
2007 and was named
after Sir Henry Blake, the
12th governor of Hong
Kong. The pier is a nice
place to watch the sunset
and enjoy the sea
breeze.

Murray house is one of the oldest
Western-style buildings in Hong
Kong.It was used as government
offices and barracks for the British
army.Today, visitors visit the Murray
House for its building appearance
and restaurants.

Afterthought- Jenevie Check
After my first trip to Stanley, I think Stanley is a nice
place to visit.The scenery there is breathtaking. No
wonder there were many visitors in Stanley! Me and my
group members have really work hard on this group
project since this is our first time. Throughout this
project, I get to know more about Stanley and also learn
about how to gain good relationship with my group
members and communicate in a group project!
 Afterthought- Hayley
Although I didn’t went to Stanley, it’s still a very nice
experience I had with my teammates! Not only I have gained
a whole new type of experience with team work, our
relationship with each other increased significantly too!
Since this is my first time working on shuch a hard project, I
had lots of troubles. My teammates never criticise me for it
and even tried their best to help me too! This project will be a
V/S
very memorable experience for me.

After doing this project, I feel that between the communication

between my team members, we have increased communication
between us, I find that working together is way better than on my
own! I love how my teammates will recommend me on how to add
more details and help me to find more information about the
project.Since for most of us it is our first time ever , I think it went
very smoothly for beginners , I hope that we can do more projects
in the future and improve more. During doing this project , it made
me really want to go to Stanley too!Even tho the end it was well,
I’m still very tired from this, but I’m proud it worked out for us!

After I went to Stanley,I learn many things about the
History of Stanley ！ It’s my first time going to Stanley, I
am thrilled when I got there.There were many unknown
places that I’ve never visited before.During the making of
the project,My teammates were so kind!They helped me
when I am struggling with my part.They are very helpful.If
I have the chance,I will go to Stanley again!

After doing this project,I feel very

successful and happy.Also I learned more
history about Stanley.Although I didn’t
went to Stanley, but I also help our
teammates to finsh these project.This
project gives me more team spirit.

After this project,I feel extremely confident . It is

because I felt very proud when me and my group members
are making this project. It made me wonder,how can we
improve our presentation speech and the power point.
I hope in the future I will have the chance to do a group
project again.
