Ejector pins, core pins, etc. with a gas vent (air vent) function. The top surface of the pin has
a groove drilled in it, through which gas and air can escape. （ Can also be used for suction
work.) It can be used on most existing molds, and will bring the following advantages:

• Molding times are reduced by more than 20%

• Cooling times are reduced by more than 30 %
• The required clamping force can be reduced by 30% or more
• A vacuum can be created at a phenomenal speed when connected to a suction
machine, enabling non-stop molding
