How we can call QMM as a MPL ?

first thing before the price come back to the area QMM
we must have fake out before back to QMM lv
For example We have R1 and R2 and break it and go back to QMM area
and thats QMM area will call MPL where all the big trader do the big order
Before price make LL we have onther set up small QM on same line as Big QM
and look for supply zone DBD or RBD
This will be very good zone to entry and SL 10 -15 pips above the zone
