Hajj Subsidy – Who Needs ?

 The Governments of all Muslim countries are aware that Financial Help to the Hajis is
undesirable.
 Hajj is ordained for or obligatory only on those who are physically and financially
capable of performing the journey.
 Muslims do not like their Hajj Trip financed by any other person or by any
Government body.
 In the form of Hajj Subsidy is the Government of India really extending financial help
to the Hajis ? No. It is merely an eye-wash!! The GOI gives some discounted
amount to the Air India for their over-priced ticket. Hajis receiving the supposed
subsidy are only allowed to travel through Air India, thus filling the Coffers of the
Airlines considerably, since almost 100,000 Hajis are expected to go for Hajj, every
year.
 Any Airline in this world would gladly offer discount to such a huge number of
passengers, should Hajis be allowed to travel on their own. Chartered trips could still
be at the lowest fares.
 Haj Committees should be allowed to float a Global Tender to choose Airlines
through Bidding, which would result in still cheaper fares paid to them, without
incurring a single paisa expense to the Government.
 Hajis are actually providing Rupees 850 million to Rupees 900 million as revenue to
Air India every year. That is why even the BJP Government during its 6 years tenure
of rule could not stop the supposed subsidy.

What are the special Rights ?

 It seems Hindus (VHP Only) want special rights
as Muslims got them in India. VHP is trying to
implant an inferior feeling amongst common
Hindus, without explaining the special rights of
Muslims.
 In all the Muslim countries wherever Hindus are
given Citizenship are also given Special Rights.
Read on to understand them.
 Let us see the Special Rights For Muslims and
also offer the same to our VHP brothers ….
 Special Rights of Muslims
Indian Muslims are guaranteed special rights
under the Constitution. They are :

Men may marry four times

Women have virtually no alimony rights in a divorce.
 Inheritance, marriage and virtually all noncommercial
laws are governed by Sharia, or Muslim law.
 Quotas give Muslims preferential status in
Government employment.
 In Kashmir, a Muslim state, all non-Kashmiri Indians
are banned from owning real estate
 Special Rights For Hindus in
Muslim Countries
 There is no need to announce Special Rights for Hindus, because
whatever the Rights Muslims have been allotted in India i.e. getting
married to 4 wives, alimony to divorced women, purchase of
property, establishing businesses. etc are also applicable to them, if
they chose to avail them in a Islamic Country where they are
citizens. They also have a very special right - exemption from
Zakath payment (Automatic deduction of 2.5% from their Bank
Balance) and exemption from Military Service.
 If a Hindu wants to exercise his own personal law in the matter of
marriage, divorce etc. being in a Muslim Land quietly he could do,
i.e. remaining without marrying 4 women, giving financial help to his
Divorced wife, distributing his property as he wishes.
 Employment quota and representation in the Government etc. are
already accorded rights to them.
 If they still have grievances, they could take up the matter with the
appropriate Governments, discuss and get the matters finalized.

Indulgence Of Hindus towards

Muslims
 Whatever the so-called indulgence you talk about is only
for garnering Support and Votes of Muslims.
 Muslims constitute nearly 25% of the population and
remain a deciding factor for Victory of a candidate in
elections.
 BJP was not an exemption to this when it ruled India for
many years.
 Hindus neither form such a powerful minority force nor
being a deciding factor for Victory in the elections, in any
other country, be it a Muslim country or Non-Muslim
Country, to decide the fate of the Government.
 Majority Craving For Minority
 In almost all countries, irrespective of
percentage of minorities and irrespective
of their religion, the Majority always craves
minorities for support at the time of
elections.
 The more the percentage of minority the
more the indulgence and craving.
 Actual Face of Craving Minorities
 Every time there is a bomb blast immediately the agencies and the media declare that it is
done by some Muslim organization without any proof.

 Hundreds of innocent young boys are picked up, what follows are illegal detentions,
torture, arrests, harassment of families, forcing the families and victims to sign blank
papers.

 For years these helpless victims are tortured in jails, denied legal aid, even lawyers who
try and fight their cases are attacked openly in courts. Their images tarnished for life time.

 If they are lucky they get let off after years as neither the agencies nor the police have any
proof against them. The cacophony of stricter laws rises so that a police can extract a
confession by third degree torture and present that as evidence.

 Through this systematic vilification campaign the process of demonization of minorities

continued unabated.

 There are constant attacks on minorities on one pretext or another. Orissa thousands of
Christians have been attacked, rendered homeless, their homes ransacked and looted and
burnt down, churches attacked and even orphanages are not left alone.

 Last few days the only Muslim village Nandepeda in the Dangs, Gujarat has
been attacked, ransacked. Villagers have been beaten up brutally including
women and children. All men have fled to the jungles. The police not only took
away all the goods but before going they poured kerosene into the eatables so
that they could not eat anything too.
 Show one Muslim country,
which has a Non-Muslim as its
President or Prime Minister.

Non Muslim Leaders
in a Muslim Country
 This question is circulated very proudly throughout the
world ever since Abdul Kalam was appointed President
of India. Prior to his appointment, 2 more Muslims held
the Presidential office. Of course it was a matter of pride
for Indians as well as for Muslims.
 But, if you think that this happens so only in India, then
you are mistaken. Prior to India’s Independence and still
prior to British Raj, Muslims have appointed a great
number of non-Muslims to very prominent posts.
 Apart from India, wherever Muslims rule was there,
throughout the history Muslims have favoured Non-
Muslims and conferred upon them with many a high
ranks in the Government. Let us see them one by one…
 Non-Muslim’s Appointment
In Islamic Rules

 1. The Republic of Senegal in West Africa, which is nearly 95 percent Muslim,

had a Roman Catholic president for two decades (1960-80), till his retirement. In
his years presiding over that relatively open society, Léopold Sédar Senghor
never once had to deal with anti-Christian disturbances in the streets of Dakar.
His political opponents called him a wide range of derogatory names –
hypocrite, stooge of the French, dictator, political prostitute – but virtually never
taunted him for being a kafir (infidel).

 2. But the ecumenical story of Senegal did not end there; the first lady is
Catholic. One can understand the plight and censure Rajiv Gandhi faced for
Sonia being his wife. VHP is still questioning, even in this Questionnnair if
Sonia’s Italy is Secular. Can anyone imagine the Amecian Presidential
Candidate Obama simply declaring during an interview with CNN or 60-minutes
telecast saying, "Incidentally, my wife is a Shiite Muslim"? That would almost
certainly mark the end of his hopes for the White House.

 3. In the 1990s Iraq has had a Chaldean Christian deputy prime minister, Tariq
Aziz. And Boutros Boutros-Ghali, a Coptic Christian, would never have been
appointed secretary-general of the United Nations if not for his long and
distinguished service in the foreign ministry of an otherwise Muslim
government in Egypt.
 Non-Muslims Appointment in Islamic Rule
 4. Islam, on the other hand, has protected minority religions
throughout its history. Jews and Christians had special status
as People of the Book – a fraternity of monotheists. Other
religious minorities were later also accorded the status of
protected minorities (Dhimmis). The approach has had its
successes.

 5. Jewish scholars rose to high positions in Muslim Spain.

 6. During the Ottoman Empire, Christians sometimes attained

high political office: Suleiman I (1520-1566) had Christian
ministers in his government. So also did Selim III (1789-1807).

 7. The Moghul Empire integrated Hindus and Muslims into a

consolidated Indian state; Emperor Akbar (1556-1605) carried
furthest the Moghul policy of bringing Hindus into the
government.

 8. 17 year Muslim general, Mohammad bin Qasim, after conquering Sindh
(Pakistan) appointed the Prime Minister (Dewan) of the defeated Hindu raja as
the new ruler of Sindh.

 9. Caliph Abd Al-Malik (685-705 CE) allowed his courtier Athanasius, a

Christian to build a Church in Edessa, dedicated to the Mother of God (Holy
Marry). Caliph Al-Walid (705-715 CE) helped his Christian subjects to build St.
John Church in Halwan (a Muslim town), Jacobite Church at Antioch. Khalid al-
Qasri (724-738 CE), governor of Iraq, built a Church for his mother, who was
Christian to worship.

 10. The father of St. John of Amascus was a counselor to Caliph Abd al-Malik
(685-705 CE). Another Christian Arab, Al-Akhtal was Caliph’s court poet.

 11. Athanasius, a Christian scholar of Edessa was tutor to the governor of

Egypt, Prince Abd Al-Aziz. He is known to possess 4,000 black slaves,
numerous villages, houses, gardens and gold and silver like stone. His sons
used to take one Dinnar (US $150) from each of 30,000 Egyptian soldiers on
each pay cheque.
 Non-Muslims Appointment in Islamic Rule
 12. Abu Nuh al-Anbari, Christian was Chief secretary to Abu Musa, the
governor of Mosul (791-798 CE).

 13. Caliph Muawiya’s wife was a Christian, so was his poet, physician and
Secretary of Finance.

 14. During the Dark Ages, Spain was split up into immense domains whose
owners, Franks or Goths privileged and clerics, lived in palatial mansions
where they spent their days in riotous and wicked indulgence. The local
Christian and Jews known as the “serfs or slaves” who worked under the
pitiless lashes of cruel overseers. When the Muslims defeated the Goths (748
CE) and established new state of Andalusia, they took the agricultural land from
the Church and the Goths and distributed among the serfs, for which the
Church never forgave them and the Muslims paid a very heavy price for that
kindness during 1494-99 CE.

 15. The Grand Wazir (prime minister) of Amir Abdul Rehman II of Andalusia
was a Christian and his royal physician was a Jew.

 16. Saimuyah, a Christian was Secretary of state during the reign of Caliph al-
Mutasim (833-42 CE). Saimuyah’s brother, Ibrahim was the Chief of Treasury
(Beytal Mal).

 17. Umar bin Yousuf, a Christian, was governor of Anbar during the
reign of Caliph al-Mutadid (892-902 CE).

 18. Nasr bin Harun, the prime minister of Adadud Dawlah (949-982) of
Buwahid dynasty of Persia and Iraq was a Christian.

 19. Gabriel, the personal physician of Caliph Harun al-Rashid was a

Christian. Gabriel used to receive an annual salary of US $3.2 millions.

 20. Al-Aqdisi, a Jew was a state minister during the reign of Caliph Al-
Mutdid (892-902 CE).

 21. Salah-al-Din (ra) allowed the Christian, rejected and despised by

the Christian prince Bohemond (Franks) in Antioch, to return to
Jerusalem.

 22. Jodha Bai, a Hindu princess married the Mughal Emperor Akber
(India) and became the first Hindu Queen of the Indian Muslim empire.

 23. Several Hindu Brahamans and Rajputs held the position of

Prime Minister and Commander-in-Chief during the ten centuries of
Muslim rule over India.

 24. The Christians of Constatinople hailed Sultan Mohammad the

Conqueror (1453 CE) as the Saviour. The Sultan himself went to
see patriarch Gennadios, and personally gave him the Pastoral
Staff, a purse of 1.000 gold coins the best horse from the royal
stable.

 25. Many Christians and Jews held responsible positions in the

courts of Ottoman Caliphs. Two even served as the Grand Wazirs.
The treatment of their Christian and Jewish subjects was so
generous that the Patriarch Macarus could not but saying. “Even
slaves under Turkish regime were much better than under Christian
rulers.”
 Will Durant, an American, says in his book, The
Story of Civilization About the Special Rights
enjoyed by Non-Muslims
 “To these Dhimmi – Christians, Zoroastrians, Sabeans, Jews – the
Umayyad caliphate offered a degree of tolerance hardly equaled in
contemporary Christian lands.

 They were allowed the free practice of their faiths, and retention of
their churches.

 Tax payable to the Government by non-Muslims was only from those

who are capable of military service; it was not levied upon monks,
women, adolescents, slaves, the old, crippled, blind, or very poor.

 In return the Dhimmis were excused from military service; were

exempt from the two-and-half per cent tax (Zakath) for the community
charity, and received the protection of the government. Their
testimony was not admitted in Moslem courts, but they were allowed
self-government under their own leaders, judges, and law…”

 Who Is A Terrorists ?
 A terrorist is a person who causes terror among the common people.

 Different labels given to the same individual for the same action, i.e.
‘terrorist’ and ‘patriot’:

 Before India achieved independence from British rule, some freedom

fighters of India who did not subscribe to non-violence were labelled
as terrorists by the British government. The same individuals have
been lauded by Indians for the same activities and hailed as ‘patriots’.
Thus two different labels have been given to the same people for the
same set of actions. One is calling him a terrorist while the other is
calling him a patriot. Those who believed that Britain had a right to
rule over India called these people terrorists, while those who were of
the view that Britain had no right to rule India called them patriots and
freedom fighters. It is therefore important that before a person is
judged, he is given a fair hearing. Both sides of the argument should
be heard, the situation should be analysed, and the reason and the
intention of the person should be taken into account, and then the
person can be judged accordingly.
 Fatwa Against A Terrorist
 Unless a person is proved to have carried out a terror
act, you cannot expect a Moulvi or Mullah to give Fatwa
against him. Fatwa differs according to the Time, Place
and Action. For all the crimes Al-Qur’aan has already
prescribed Laws and punishments. Islam not only
identifies a crime but also shows how to curb it.
 The point is how honest are you in identifying the
terrorist. In India if a Muslim carries out a terror activity,
he deserves due punishment.
 But what about false cases and illegal detentions. We
have punishments prescribed for the ones who falsely
accuse people, and getting extracted confessions.
 Illegal Detentions & False
Accusations
 Almost all the cases of terror accused on
Muslims do not have sufficient evidence.
 If you stress on Moulvis and Mullahs to issue
Fatwa, then they should also be allowed to
charge, arrest and identify the real culprit then
after “confirmation” of the crime, they must be
allowed to carry out the prescribed punishment,
irrespective of religion, caste or creed.
 They must also be allowed to punish those who
put false accusations, torture and extract false
statements under pressure, as they wanted.
 For Crimes Islamic Law is the
Answer.
 Implement Islamic Sharia Law for Criminals and see the
result.
 Your Ex-Home Minister L.K. Advani was in favour of
Islamic Punishment (Death) for the Rapists of Nuns.
 Your VHP international General Secretary Dr. Parveen
Tagodia is in favour of Islamic Punishment and
demanded death sentence for any body indulging in
preaching, learning and practicing extremism in the
country.
 He is also the one to be tried for such crimes. Proving
his case in preaching, learning and practicing extremism
in the country would not be difficult, for the law enforcing
agencies.
Hindu-majority Maharashtra,
Bihar, Kerala, Pondicherry ,
etc. have in the past elected
Muslims as CM’s, …..
Can you ever imagine a Hindu
becoming the CM of Muslim -

Islamic States and Countries
 Why not ? Recently I read about willingness of
people to vote a Non-Muslim to the Post of
Prime Minister or President in Pakistan. Most of
the commentators have asserted positively.

 Win the hearts and minds of the Kashmiris.

Then you will rule. Do not forget that though
they were in Majority, a Hindu was their King for
decades.
 In 1947, when India was
partitioned, the Hindu population
in Pakistan was about 24% ….
Today it is not even 1%.
In 1947, the Hindu population in
East Pakistan (now Bangladesh)
was 30% …. Today it is about 7%.
What happened to the missing Hindus?

 In Pakistan 24% reduced to 1% and in Bangladesh 30% reduced to
7% is merely your exaggeration, and ridiculous, without any
application of mind. Let us do some calculations :
 In 1947 in West Pakistan the population was approx 5 Crores and in
East Pakistan it was approx 6 crores.

24% Hindus (As per your contention) … 1,20,00,000
You have kept Alive – 1% … … 1,20,000
Hence, murdered Hindus … … 1,18,80,000

It seems both the countries did not have any other work except
slaughtering Hindus every day. If one day is taken off then the other
day they should have killed 2,577 Hindus !! (Don’t laugh) Change
the figures according to your taste to suite your whims and fancy to
manipulate the killings.
 Missing Common Sense
 It is not that the Hindu Population is missing from Pakistan and
Bangladesh but it is the common sense of VHP that is missing.

 Do not become a laughing stock over the Globe. Instead use your
good sense before circulating lies.

 VHP is claiming that in Bangladesh alone 2.4 million Hindus are

missing since 1971 ie. 37 years (13505 days). It means, Bangladeshis
have been slaughtering at the rate of 177.7 Hindus every day nonstop
till today, from 1971.

 We are aware that VHP/BJP were unsuccessfully trying to bring this

issue before Human Rights Commission, but due to the lack of
evidence and common sense, your case has been rejected.

 Due this, now it has become a practice of VPH to built hate mongering
websites to post all their frustration with photographs of stray
incidents and claim them to be a treasure of truth, unsatisfied with the
commission assuming that Hindus do not have Human Rights !!
 In contrast, in India, Muslim
population has gone up from 10.4%
in 1951 to about 14% today;
…whereas Hindu population has
come down from 87.2% in 1951 to
85% in 1991.
Do you still think that Hindus are
fundamentalists?

 It is a blatant lie that the Government shows the
population of Muslims in India to 14%. Let an
independent Agency take the census. Then you will
come to know the exact percentage of Muslims. We
believe that we constitute approx 25% of the population.
And it will keep growing day by day. Hindu population is
approx 70% and not 85%.
 Muslims population increases because Muslims do not
kill female children, before or after birth.
 Hindus population is going down due to the reckless
killing of female children before and after birth, family
planning and very late marriages.

Fundamentalism
 Fundamentalism was a word initially used for a group of Christians who
believed that the Bible was the verbatim word of God without any errors and
mistakes. According to the Oxford dictionary ‘fundamentalism’ means ‘strict
maintenance of ancient or fundamental doctrines of any religion, especially
Islam’. Today the moment a person uses the word fundamentalist he thinks of a
Muslim who is a terrorist. Hindus too should be Fundamentalist, if they are not,
provided their Fundamentalism benefits the mankind, instead of VHP’s anti-
humanity tactics. We have no objection if a Hindu fits into the following criteria
and call himself a Fundamentalist.

 A fundamentalist is a person who follows and adheres to the fundamentals of

the doctrine or theory he is following. For a person to be a good doctor, he
should know, follow, and practise the fundamentals of medicine. In other
words, he should be a fundamentalist in the field of medicine. For a person to
be a good mathematician, he should know, follow and practise the
fundamentals of mathematics. He should be a fundamentalist in the field of
mathematics. For a person to be a good scientist, he should know, follow and
practise the fundamentals of science. He should be a fundamentalist in the field
of science.
 Islamic Fundamentalism
 One cannot paint all fundamentalists with the same brush. One cannot
categorize all fundamentalists as either good or bad. Such a
categorization of any fundamentalist will depend upon the field or
activity in which he is a fundamentalist. A fundamentalist robber or
thief causes harm to society and is therefore undesirable. A
fundamentalist doctor, on the other hand, benefits society and earns
much respect.

 Muslims by the grace of Allah, know, follow and strive to practise the
fundamentals of Islam. A true Muslim does not shy away from being a
fundamentalist. We are proud to be fundamentalist Muslims because,
we know that the fundamentals of Islam are beneficial to humanity and
the whole world. There is not a single fundamental of Islam that
causes harm or is against the interests of the human race as a whole.
Many people harbour misconceptions about Islam and consider
several teachings of Islam to be unfair or improper. This is due to
insufficient and incorrect knowledge of Islam. If one critically analyzes
the teachings of Islam with an open mind, one cannot escape the fact
that Islam is full of benefits both at the individual and collective levels.
 In India today Hindus are 85%. If
Hindus are intolerant, how come
Masjids and madrasas are thriving?
How come Muslims are offering
Namaz on the road?
How come Muslims are proclaiming
5 times a day on loud speakers that
there is no God except Allah?

Tolerance
 Except VHP/BJP/Bajrangdal/RSS other Hindus are generally
tolerant. It is the floating 10% dirt on the peaceful pond of Hinduism
that is polluting the good hearts and poisoning the ears of peace-
loving Hindu community.
 Allah has made the earth vast and easy for Muslims and ordained
them to offer prayers anywhere they want. We pray on roads, on
platforms, on bus-tops, on train tops, in Aircrafts, in Ships, on the
top of the walls, and under-water. Non can stop us. After all we are
praying for us, for all, for the humanity, for the world at large.
 Prayer calls 5-times a day, each time lasts a couple of minutes,
reminding everyone that Allah is Greatest and time of his prayer is
up, which is better than any other worldly affair.
 Loud Speakers of the Masjid do not proclaim any obscene poetry,
sensuous music and hateful dialogue.
 Development of Masjids, offering of prayers by Muslims on roads
when necessary, calling for Prayers etc continue because we
seldom care for the hooliganism of VHP/RSS. Nor do we care in the
future.
When Hindus gave to Muslims 30%
of Bharat for a song, why should
Hindus now beg for their sacred
places at Ayodhya, Mathura And
Kashi?

Hindustan is National Property

 Hindustan is not anyone’s own property, that you
claim that Hindus gave 30% of Bharat to
Muslims.
 It can be said the other way round, but as a
responsible citizens we do not want to make silly
statements.
 If Ayodhya, Mathura & Kashi are sacred to you
why do you desecrating the places of worship
belong to Muslims ?
 Erect any monument, pray peacefully, celebrate
your festivals without encroaching or trespassing
properties of others.
Why Gandhiji objected to the decision
of the cabinet and insisted that
Somnath Temple should be
reconstructed out of public fund, not
government funds. When in January
1948 he pressurized Nehru and Patel to
carry on renovation of the Mosques of
Delhi at government expenses?

Renovation of Mosques
 Mosques were damaged by miscreants during
the partition and he might have tried to allot
compensation/penalty. However, Muslims did
not need any financial help for construction /
renovation of mosques.
 We do not have any objection if the Indian
Government allots entire budget for constructing
temples for Hindus. Ask Gandhiji as to why he
objected to use Government fund for
“reconstruction” of Somnath Temple.
 Why Gandhi supported Khilafat
Movement (nothing to do with our
freedom movement) and what in turn
he got?
