INTERROGATIVE FORM
• I went to the beach.
• I didn’t go to the beach.
• Structure:
• Subject + verb aux (didn’t) + verb (basic form)
• Example:
• I didn’t work.
• I didn’t buy a car.
• She didn’t wash her clothes.
INTERROGATIVE FORM SIMPLE PAST
• Examples:
• I went to the supermarket Did you go to the supermarket?
• You lived in New York. Did you live in New York.
• She played football. Did you play football?
