1 . What is the genre of the story?
Classic Historical Fiction; it is fiction that takes place in the
past. It is a combination of imagination and fact.
2. What is the story mainly about?
Don Quixote who imagines himself to be as a knight of the
middle ages. In his own foggy but idealistic way, he mistakes
windmills for giants and challenges them to a battle.
3. What were the tools gathered by Don Quixote to look like
a knight?
His grandfather’s sword, a round leather shield, an old lance
and a steel foot cap which he used it as a helmet.
4. Why did Don Quixote change the names?
To imitate the names of the time which he wanted to live in.

5. What is the offer that Don Quixote gave to Sancho?


To conquer an island and make him king of it. Sancho
accepted Don Quixote’s offer as he will be a king , his wife
will be a queen and his children will be princes and
princesses
6. What did Sancho think the windmills were?
He thought they were windmills.
7. What is the theme of the story?
Don’t waste your time and efforts fighting for nothing.
