Day 1: Transfer from Airport to Hotel.
Day 1: Ananuri fortress, Gudauri and kazbeghi.
Day 2; Borjomi – Rabati – Vardzia.
Day 3; Kakheti Tour- Bodbe monastery, Sighnaghi city of love and wine factory Khareba.

Day 5: Batumi with its view on the black sea. Overnight there,

on Boulvard. Overnight in Batumi.

Day 7; Kutaisi, Prometheus caves and Sataplia caves and Martvili canyons. Overnight
Tbilisi.
Day 8: Transportation to Airport.

 Day 1; Ananuri fortress and Gudauri and Kazbeghi
Ananuri is one of the hundreds of Georgian medieval
castles, almost impossible to drive by, if you set off on a
surface joutney from Russia to Georgia. If you plan to
reach the fortress from Tbilisi, you can take a shuttle
van from Tbilisi to Gudauri, Pasanauri or Stepantsminda.
Ananuri is found in the same-name village on the Georgian
Military Road, 64 km from Tbilisi, and 12 km from
Zhinvali. The fortress was built in the valley between the
two rivers of Aragvi and Vedzatkhevi, so that no enemy
army could pass by unnoticed, but found themselves
caught in a natural “gate“, formed by nature itself, at
gunpoint of the defenders. In the XVI - early XIX
centuries, Ananuri was the main stronghold on the way
from Daryal Valley to Dusheti and from Russia to Georgia.
It played a critical role in numerous wars between local
feudal princes – eristavis, and in the course of its history
was never carried by storm.

Gudauri is a mountain ski resort situated on a south-facing plateau
of the greater Caucasus mountain range in Georgia, 2,200 m above
sea level. Its skiable area enjoys the maximum exposure to the sun,
which makes Gudauri a magnificent all-year-round tourist
destination.
Kazbeghi is Located in the Great Caucasus Range, Mount Kazbegi,
at 5.033 meters is third highest mountain in Georgia, 160 km
north-east from Tbilisi. Mount Kazbek is associated in Georgian
folklore with Amirani, the Georgian version of Prometheus, who was
chained on the mountain in punishment for having stolen fire from
the gods and having given it to mortals. On the slope of mount
Kazbegi is located Gergeti Trinity Church (XIV c) at the altitude
2.175 m. This amazing small church attracts travellers for its
wonderful location and amazing view on the top of mount Kazbegi
and river Dariali gorge..
Day 2; Borjomi – Rabati – Vardzia

The Borjomi springs were to be rediscovered in 1829 by the

army’s Kherson Grenadier Regiment. Soldiers who were camped
out in the forests found a mineral water spring on the bank of
the Borjomka River. Their leader, Colonel Popov, ordered that Rabati castle and see its amazing overview on Silk road. The one

southeast of Tbilisi, the capital of

town’s east and southwest sides. Sighnaghi is
situated in the eastern foothills of the Gombori
Range, a watershed between the Iori and Alazani
valleys, in a productive agricultural and fruit-
growing region. At the elevation of about 790 m
above sea level, the town overlooks the Alazani
Valley and faces the Greater Caucasus mountains.
Enclosed in Bodbe Cathedral is the grave of St. Nino, a most remarkable
female figure in the early history of Christianity. According to Georgian,
Armenian, and Greek authors, in the early fourth century,
Winery Khareba is established upon the ancient traditions. The

 Day 4; Mtskheta the old capital city of Georgia and Jvary
monastery and Uplistsikhe

Mtskheta was founded in the 5th century Jvari (monastery) The name of

BC. It was capital of the early Georgian
Kingdom of Iberia (Kartli) from the 3rd
century BC to the 5th century AD. It was a
site of early Christian activity, and the
location where Christianity was proclaimed
the state religion of Kartli in 337.
this monastery translated as the "Monastery of
the Cross". ... Jvari Monastery is a sixth century
Georgian Orthodox monastery near Mtskheta,
eastern Georgia. Along with other historic
structures of Mtskheta, it is listed as a World
Heritage site by UNESCO.

Day 5: Batumi with its view on the black sea. Overnight
there,
Batumi Boulevard:
Everyone soon finds themselves strolling along Batumis bulvari, the park
strip fronting the main beach, originally laid out in 1884 and now stretching
6km along the coast. With its trees, paths, fountains, cafes, beach bars
and a few quirky attractions, this is the life and soul of Batumi. The beach
itself is fine though stony – extremely busy in July and August, but kept
clean.
Near the northeast tip of the bulvari you’ll find a large Ferris Wheel, the
145m-high Alphabet Tower (a monument to Georgian script and culture),
and a 7m-high, ethereally moving metal sculpture by Tamar Kvesitadze
that is universally known as Ali & Nino after the lover-protagonists of
Kurban Said’s marvellous novel of that name (see it after dark).
Dancing Fountains
On the southern part of the Boulevard, known as the New
Boulevard, an ornamental lake hosts the Dancing Fountains, an
entertaining laser, music and water show.

Cable car
The 2.6km-long cable car carries you up to a shopping/cafe/restaurant
complex on Anuria Hill for panoramic views over the city – especially pretty
after dark.

Day 6; Batumi Botanical Garden; Dolphinarium show: “Makhunceti waterfal”; Go for a walk on
Boulvard. Overnight in Batumi.

Batumi Botanical Garden

Boasting one of the widest varieties of flora in the world, Batumi
Botanical Garden was established in 1912 by the prominent
botanist and geographer Andrey Krasnov. The garden is 111
hectares and contains flora from nine phyto-geographic areas:
East Asia, North America, New Zealand, South America, the
Himalayas, Mexico, Australia, the Mediterranean, and the
Caucasian humid subtropics. Visitors can go through the
botanical garden by foot or by carts, which can be rented from the
garden’s administration.  The park has been a member of BGCI
since 1997.

Batumi Dophinarium is one of the favourite place for kids and

adults too. The living creatures of the one are most welcome to
see the guest with them!

 Day 7; City Kutaisi, Sataplia caves and Prometheus caves
and Martvili canyons.
Kutaisi is a very ancient city that has played several key
roles in the Georgian drama. It was one of the main
cities of ancient Colchis, and a settlement has existed
here for nearly 4000 years.
In the 3rd century BC Apollonius of Rhodes referred to
‘Kutaia’ in a poem about the Argonauts, and some
scholars believe this was the city of King Aeëtes,
father of Medea.
Prometheus" cave is one of the richest caves of Europe. It is
characterized by the variety of underground rivers and beautiful
landscapes.  Walking route for tourists is 1060 m. Near the main
entrance about 60 metres long there is a lake . the cave itself is
very breathtaking with its specious architectural halls, which are
16 of them and each one is distinct by scales and unsurpassed
shape.
Sataplia caves Established in 1935 to protect the Sataplia Cave
and dinosaur footprints found in the area, this visitor attraction
recently benefited from a very attractive refurbishment of
its Sataplia Cave visitor center.
Sataplia Cave is named after Sataplia Mountain, which gained its
name from the local tradition of collecting honey from the bees
that inhabit the mountain’s southern slope. Sataplia means ‘place of
honey’.
A Conservation Center and Museum have been constructed,
together with glass walkways, viewing points, a cafeteria and other
visitor amenities.
