When the echo machine is moved to OT/CTICU/CCU effects the schedule Patients
and results in delay and patient Dissatisfaction.

• Now we have arranged portable machine for especially for ot & bedsides.

Frequent interruptions by the physicians to review their patient study while


another Patient exam in progress, interrupts the exam in progress, unduly delays
the exam and also disrupts the thought process of the sonographer.

 In a separate section except ER there is no Frequent interruptions


Frequent walk in screening exams by the physicians interrupting the prescheduled
exams. .(deatil study can be done with latest reporting technic & machines)

Patient long waiting time ..chaotic scenario


 Tokensied system helping for smooth schedulling for both op & Ip.
Which helped us to achieve voc appreciation,quality TAT within time with the constant
no.of cases.
Report delay

• Reporting pattern we have changed to one case one report where no report delay is
there.
