Recognize these people?

An unusual group of robbers attempt

to carry out the most perfect robbery
in Spanish history - stealing 2.4 billion
euros from the Royal Mint of Spain.
How do you think it ended?

Were they properly punished for the

crime they had committed?

Somehow, they managed to get away

with it along with the gold they had
stolen.

If that happened in real life, how do

you think it would end?
IN REAL LIFE
What they did was way more than just
breaking the law.

Their crime was serious, it wasn’t a

normal offence as simple as burglary or
vandalism. It was a professionally
planned robbery.

They would be
arrested and taken
to court.
They would also be accused of threatening the
national security of Spain.

A trial would be normally held for the

case, some people would be called for
jury duty.
As main suspects, they would need a
lawyer to defend them in court.

Through investigations, the police would

have the needed proof, and their
fingerprints all over the crime scene.
They wouldn’t even have the chance
to refuse to plead guilty of crime.

There is also no choice but to

confess to what they had
committed.
They could never be proven innocent.

The jury would decide whether guilty or

not guilty.

The judge would eventually reach a

verdict.
They would get the maximum sentence
the law allows.

They might even get death penalties for

what they had done.
