Aminophyllin

Dosis : Dewasa: sehari 3x1 tab; Anak 6-12 tahun : Sehari 3 x ½ tab.
Indikasi : Meringankan dan mengatasi serangan asma bronkial (ISO hal 431)
KI : Hati-hati penggunaan pada penderita jantung, hipertensi, hipertiroid, ulkus lambung,
epilepsi, lanjut usia, gangguan hati, kehamilan dan menyusui
ES : alergi terhadap etilendiamin dapat menyebabkan urtikaria, eritema dan
dermatitis eksfoliatif

Efedrin HCl
Dosis : Sekali 50 mg, sehari 150 mg (FI iii hal 237)
Indikasi : Gejala hidung tersumbat (dekongestan)
KI : Pendrita hipersensitif terhadap obat ini. Gangguan pada saluran pencernaan, penyakit
kelenjar gondok, jantung, diabetes dan hipertensi
ES : Takikardia, ansietas, ketegangan, insomnia sering terjadi, tremor, aritmia, mulut kering,
dan rasa dingin di ekremitas.

Phenobarbarbital
Dosis : 60-180 mg (Malam); anak 5-8 mg/kg bb/hari.
Indikasi : epilepsi semua jenis, kecuali petit mal status epileptikus
KI : depresi pernapsan berat, porfiria
ES : mengantuk, letargi, depresi mental, ataksia, nistagmus, iritabel dan hiperaktif. Pada anak :
agitasi, resah dan bingung. Pada lansia: reaksi alergi pada kulit, hipoprotrom binemia,
 Prednisone
Dosis : dws: 1-4 tablet atau menurut petunjuk dokter
Indikasi : alergi, peradangan membutuhkan pengobatan glukokortikoid seperti
reumatik, kolagen, kulit
KI : penderita hipersensitif terhadap prednison, peptic ulcer, active tuberculosis,
saraf, ginjal, jantung, infeksi sistemik, herpes simpleks okuler
ES : gangguan cairan dan elektrolit, muskuloskeletal, gastrointestinal,
dermatologi, neurologi, endokrin, metabolik, reksi hipersensitif. (ISO hal
266)

GG (Gliceril Guaicolate)
Dosis : dws: 2-4 tablet setiap 4 jam, maksimum sehar 24 tablet; anak 6-12 tahun:
1-2 tablet setiap 4 jam, maksimum sehari 12 tablet; anak 2-6 tahun: 1/2-1
tablet setiap 4 jam, maksimum sehari 6 tablet.
Indikasi : meredakan batuk berdahak (sebagai ekspektoran)
KI : penderita hipersensitif terhadap obat ini
ES : mengantuk, mual (ISO hal 277)
