ENTRANCE At entrance a host stands with the Reservation to assist the guest and escort them to their seats. He is the person responsible for escorting the guest and to check the reservation of the guest. A well groomed and well dressed waiter stands at the entrance to escort us to our designated seats. AMBIANCE A beautiful ambiance of the restaurant waits for us as we enter the restaurant with soft lights and melodious music being played in the background the music was being played softly as not to hinder the guest talking with eachother. Walls were colorful and eyeappealing showing the colorful nature of North India. SIDE STATION Side station also know as dummy waiter it helps the waiter in holding the extra cutlery ,crookery, napkin, and all the things needed for serving the guest. These were two side station placed strategically so that it covers the max numbers of the tables without hindering the guest experience. MOVEMENT OF WAITERS Movement of waiters is also plays a very important role in the smooth running of the restaurant and enhances the experience of the guest. CUTLERY Cutlery used for the dining were all purpose knife, fork and spoon made out of stainless steel the cutlery was laid out on the table in standard fine dine set-up. Layout Layout was a cluster based layout where tables were placed in cluster when guest enters from the entrance different kind of alcoholic beverages were placed in showcase to upsell and entire the guest a side based was placed at the start and one in between for VIP guest a different sitting arrangement was made on a floor above bar was located at the back and on strategic position fire extinguishers were placed for emergency situation. A back a door leading to the kitchen were placed so as not to disturb the guest. Table cover Table cover consist of a main plate side plate all purpose fork, knife and spoon they were placed on a mat so that they don’t slide off from the table. BAR (Alcoholic & non-alcoholic) There was a bar containing very expensive & moderate priced beverages, there were known alcohol brands like Jimmy Walker & Jack Daniels and cheap brands like Magic Moment & Royal Stag also for all guests. FEEDBACK Some tables were placed adjacent to the wall and there was NO space or very less space for the B&B plate that hinders the guest in their dining experience. The type of service used was French that may make the guest fell Neglected.
