CONCLUSION
o In today's digital world, striking a balance between offline and online activities has
grown more crucial. Our lives are now extremely entwined with technology due to the
broad availability of internet connection and the growth of digital gadgets. While online
activities undoubtedly provide ease and connectedness, it's also important to maintain a
good balance with offline activities for a number of reasons.
o For mental health and general well-being, a balance of offline and online activity is crucial. Online activities may be fun and
provide many advantages, such as access to information, entertainment, and online communities. However, frequent use of
digital devices and extended online activity can have a negative impact on mental health. For instance, excessive social media
use may cause delusions of grandeur, social comparison, and a warped perception of reality. Additionally, it may exacerbate
loneliness, melancholy, and anxiety symptoms. Regular screen breaks and offline pursuits that encourage self-care,
mindfulness, and relaxation may lessen these negative impacts and create a more positive frame of mind.
