Kajian Kasus Kelompok I :

Keluarga Tn S (58 Th) terdiri dari empat anggota keluarga yang tinggal di sebuah rumah sederhana di pedesaan. Ia bekerja
sebagai petani dan istrinya Ny U (55 Th) sebagai ibu rumah tangga. Anak sulungnya, A (25 Th) baru saja didiagnosis menderita
tuberculosis (TBC) setelah mengalami batuk yang tidak kunjung sembuh selama tiga minggu terakhir. Dokter sudah
memberikan resep obat TBC dan memberitahukan bahwa A harus minum obat tersebut selama enam bulan agar bisa
sembuh. Anak ke-2 bernama I (15 Th)

Tn S tidak memahami betul bagaimana cara mengelola kesehatan A yang sedang terkena TBC. Mereka tidak tahu bahwa A
harus minum obat TBC secara teratur setiap hari dan menjaga pola makan yang sehat agar daya tahan tubuhnya tetap kuat.
Mereka juga tidak mengerti mengenai risiko penularan TBC kepada anggota keluarga yang lain yang tinggal serumah.

A sering lupa minum obat atau bahkan tidak minum sama sekali karena keluarganya tidak memantau dengan baik. Tn S tidak
tahu bahwa Amin harus memakan makanan yang bergizi, sehingga pola makannya tidak seimbang dan membuat kondisinya
semakin buruk.
 Tugas :

1. Identifikasi data-data yang perlu dikaji lebih lanjut dari kasus

2. Tetapkan diagnosa/masalah keperawatan keluarga berdasarkan kasus
3. Rencana tindakan keperawatan untuk mengatasi masalah yang ada ! (Apabila
rencana tindakanya edukasi; lengkapi dengan SAP/Satuan Acara Penyuluhan,
materi, dan media)
