Example: This enlists organizational policies concerning customer services,

Findings:
It is based on above collected data from different department of the
company, it should include,
1. Fact / strength / weakness/achievement of department or company
(Example: scientific recruitment, good training, good financial
achievement in given year, loss in any given year,) (Point wise)
Conclusion:
• It includes overall experience and summary of a company based on
fact and financial condition. (Paragraph wise)
Recommendation:
• Where company needs to improve in any department or any activity
which is lacking or not as per standard. (Point wise)

• 3.2 Specific Mechanics of the Report
• 3.2.1 Word Length

• The total length of the report would be 70-100, A-4 size pages. This length is
exclusive of title and contents page, figures, tables, appendices and references. Text
should be one and a half spaced using printing on both sides of the pages and duly
numbered. However, new chapters, sections, etc. should start from odd numbered
pages.
• Font: Times New Roman,

• Font Size 16-HEADING


• 14-SUBHEADING
• 12 -content,

• Justified alignment
 
• In-text emphasis: Use italics or bold typeface
• Paragraphs: 1.5 line spacing
• Page Margins: Top: 1”; Bottom: 1”; Left: 1.5”; Right: 1”
• Page numbers:
• 1. Centered at the bottom of the page
• 2. Roman numerals (i,ii,…) should be used for initial pages (excluding the title     page)
• 3. The main body of the text (where the Introduction) commences on Page1
• 4. The pages included in Appendices/Annexure are to be numbered in roman  numerals
(i,ii,…)
