What is Skip Tracing? And why do we need this?

 - Skiptracing in real estate is the process of locating the owner of a

property. They may also have investors contact them to track down the
owner of a property they're interested in. The goal of skip tracing for
real estate is to find the owner's name, current address, phone number,
and email address.

 Below are the following steps in doing Skip Tracing

 (Note: Always turn on your VPN every time you are doing the
skip tracing. You can’t access truepeoplesearch without VPN.)
1. First, ask for the Excel file from your supervisor ,it’s a list of the Cx name and address, and it will look like this.
2. Second, search True People in Google.
Remember: ALWAYS TURN ON your VPN
TAKE NOTE:

 Contact IT if there are any issues with skip tracing. The

VPN or access or speed or overall skip tracing process
3. Copy the names and zip code that is provided on the list.
4. Paste the CX name and zip code on the search bar.

5. You just need to click the View Details. After you click the View Details, Information of the property owner
such as phone numbers, current address, previous address and many more will appear automatically.
6. Just follow the captcha or human verification process.
7. The address should be the same on what’s on the list.

 Listing Agent
 Appraiser
 Partner
 Acquisition Manager or Agent
 Closer
7. Copy the numbers and paste it on the file.
(Note: Limit on 4 phone numbers only)
8. Just repeat the steps until you got all the numbers needed from the list.
9. Save the file in excel.
