Cara penggunaannya adalah :

1. Kencangkan safety belt disekeliling pinggang anda sehingga

tidak akan slip / bergerak di badan anda ketika anda terjatuh
2. Masukkan tali pinggang ke dalam kait besi dengan benar dan
tempatkan bagian tali penyangga di sisi badan
3. Pasang tali penyangga ke penopang yang kuat dan aman untuk
menahan beban kejut dari badan anda, dengan lokasi sejauh
mungkin di atas pinggang anda untuk meminimalkan jarak
anda terjatuh
4. Jangan pasang tali penyangga ke tempat yang memiliki sisi –
sisi tajam atau terpapar panas dan percikan api
5. Jangan menggunakan tali pinggang dan tali penyangga dengan
merk dan model yang berbeda
6. Safety belt yang telah mengalami beban kejut yang tinggi
harus segera diganti dengan yang baru
