Chief Complain : patient want to remove implant

• Patient came to remove implant on her left elbow region 1 year ago patient was
walking in her house , and then she was falling with her left hand hit the floor
first, after the accident she complained pain on her left elbow and she could not
move her elbow due to pain, after the accident she directly go to emergency room
of Wahidin general hospital. Nowaday she has not any complain, she is a dentist
with right hand dominant
• There was no history of Diabetes Melitus.
• There was no history of fever
• There was no history of getting treatment from bone setter
• There was no history of hypertension
• There was no history of diabetes mellitus

Look : Deformity (-), Swelling (-), scarred wound on the left elbow region

Feel : Tenderness (-)

Move : Active and passive movement of elbow joint within normal limit

NVD : Sensibility is good, cappilarry refill time less than 2 second,pulsation of

radial and ulnar artery are palpable .
 DIAGNOSIS
• Union left distal Humerus post Open Reduction Internal Fixation plate and
screw + Union left olecranon post ORIF Tension Band Wire
 MANAGEMENT
Removal of implant
