Ingredients
110g of rice flour
2 onions
2 boiled eggs
50g of fish cakes
50g of cabbage
40g Gochujang chili paste
15g of sugar and 5ml of soy sauce
Sesame seeds, chili powder and spring onions
How to make Rice Cake
Pour rice flour and boiling water in a
bowl
Knead the dough by using your hand
Roll it long and the length is around
your middle finger
Pour the water and rice cakes into a pot
Let it boils around 10 -15 minutes
Pour the rice cakes in a bowl of cold
water
Cooking Steps
Slice onions, cabbage and fish cakes
Add sugar, soy sauce, Gochujang chili paste and chili
powder into a bowl
Add all the ingredients and mix well
Add boiled eggs and cook for 2 minutes in medium heat
Pour into a plate and add a little bit of sesame seeds and
spring onions
