Korean Traditional Dish - Tteokbokki

Ingredients
 110g of rice flour
 2 onions
 2 boiled eggs
 50g of fish cakes
 50g of cabbage
 40g Gochujang chili paste
 15g of sugar and 5ml of soy sauce
 Sesame seeds, chili powder and spring onions
How to make Rice Cake
 Pour rice flour and boiling water in a
bowl
 Knead the dough by using your hand
 Roll it long and the length is around
your middle finger
 Pour the water and rice cakes into a pot
 Let it boils around 10 -15 minutes
 Pour the rice cakes in a bowl of cold
water
Cooking Steps
 Slice onions, cabbage and fish cakes
 Add sugar, soy sauce, Gochujang chili paste and chili
powder into a bowl
 Add all the ingredients and mix well
 Add boiled eggs and cook for 2 minutes in medium heat
 Pour into a plate and add a little bit of sesame seeds and
spring onions
Myanmar Traditional Dish - Fish paste
Ingredients

 Dry shrimp powder


 Roasted crushed chilli
 Fish
 Fish paste
 Green chilli
 Garlic
Cooking steps

3. Boiling the fish and fish paste
4. Put all the ingredients in a bowl

Thailand Traditional Dish, Pad Thai
Ingredients.
8 ounces flat rice noodles
 3 tablespoons oil
 3 cloves garlic
 8 ounces uncooked shrimp, chicken or tofu
 2 eggs
 1 cup fresh bean sprouts
 1 red bell pepper thinly sliced
 3 green onions, chopped
 ¹/2 cup dry soasted peanuts.
 2 limes
 ¹/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
For the Pad Thai sauce
• 3 tablespoons fish sauce
• 1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
• 5 tablespoons light brown sugar
• 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
• 1 tablespoon Sriracha hot sauce
• 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter.
Cooking Step
• mix the sauce ingredients together
• cook noodles, just under tender
• heat 1½ tablespoons of oil in a large saucepan
• add the shrimp, chicken or tofu, and also garlic and
bell pepper
• push everything to the side of the pan
• add a little more oil and also the beaten eggs
• add noodles, sauce, bean sprouts , and peanuts
• and top with green onions, extra peanuts, cilantro and
lime wedges.
Taco ( Traditional Mexican Dish )
Ingredients
 2 onions
 1red pepper,
 1yellow pepper,
 1green pepper
 1tomato
 2 green chillies
 Chicken mince
 some parsley
 cumin powder
 Garlic powder
 3 tablespoons of lemon juice
 1 avocado
 some cream
 sold tortillas or ready-made taco shells
Cooking Step
 For chicken meal, put the olive oil
into the moderately hot pan and add
some dices of onion, red pepper,
yellow pepper, green pepper and
chicken. Put some salt and paprika
and season with some roasted cumin
powder and garlic powder.
 For salsa, cut the onion, tomato, some parsley and also chillies into
small dices. Combine all the ingredients. Put some salt and lemon
juice. Mix well.
 For the guacamole, scoop out the flesh of the avocado and mash it
with a fork. Next, add some lemon juice and some cream. Mix well
and season with salt and black pepper.
 The last ingredient is lettuce. Cut the leaves of lettuce into small
pieces.
 Finally, take a ready-made taco shell and topped with lettuce, chicken
mince, salsa and guacamole.

Ingredients
1. 2 teaspoon vegetable or light olive oil
2. 2 red onions, thinly sliced
3. 1 tablespoon brown sugar
4. 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
5. 6 Frankfurts ( Sausage and frankfurter)

Cooking steps
 heat oil in large frying pan
 add onion, cook and stir for 3 minutes for
until soft
 add sugar and vinegar, cook and stir for 4
minutes or until onions caramelized
 place sausages in a deep cooking pan with
one long handle and cover with cold water
 bring to maintain over moderate heat and simmer for 5 minutes
or until heated
 Using tongs, transfer Sausages to a heatproof plate
 Finally, fill each roll with some of the onion mixture, then
Sausages or frankfurter and can make by adding with tomato
sauce and mustard
Italy Traditional Dish - Pizza
Ingridents
1. 1/2 cups (355ml) warm water
2. 1 package active dry yeast
3. 3/4 cups (490g) bread flour
4. 2 tablespoons olive oil
5. 2 teaspoons salt
6. 2 teaspoons sugar
7. tomato sauce
8. cheese , fresh basil, pepperoni, mushrooms, Italian sausage
Cooking Steps
 First: place the warm water in the
large bowl.
 Then: mix the flour , salt , sugar,
olive oil
 Next: Brush dough top with olive oil
 After that: spoon on the tomato
sauce, sprinkle with cheese, fresh
basil, pepperoni, mushrooms on the
pizza.
 Finally: bake pizza in the 475'f oven.
