I agree with my RPE because it felt like a moderate activity to me.


I was breathing heavily and my heart was racing, but I could still
hold a conversation. Since I’m not that good of a dancer and I’m
not the best at coordination, I found the basic aerobic dance steps
a bit challenging. I also found the movements difficult to follow
since they were very fast, and it was hard to follow both the leg
and arm movements at the same time. I don’t think I was able to
execute the movements perfectly since I was a bit stiff and
awkward. However, my heart rate did increase as I executed the
dances. The one I found the most vigorous was the Teenage
Dream dance. After the workout, I was happy that I was able to
push my body with exercise.
