The success of every organization greatly depends
on its ability to effectively communicate. Conflicts
and organizational shifts, however, can have a major
effect on the flow of information.
Miscommunication, distrust, and a failure to work
together are all possible outcomes of a team conflict.
Uncertainty and worry caused by organizational
changes like restructuring or layoffs can also hinder
employees' ability to communicate effectively.
Organizational changes and disagreements can
