Combining Customer Cards
• Two cards recording the transection of single business.
• Duplicated can be created intentionally or in error.
• Before combining cards, decision have to be made before all
transection merge in one card called Primary Card and card will be
deleted called Secondary Card
How to Combine Customer Cards

From Card
File
Command
then click
Card List
Click on Action
button and Select
Combine Cards
 Select the Card
you to move and
capture all the
transection in.

Select the Card you wants to

combine.
Click Combine,
Pop up menu
with
confirmation
information
then click OK
or Cancel.
