• History examination
• Olive –like mass easily palpated when stomach is empty
• Vomiting usually occurs after 30min of feeding and
projectile ,nonbilious
• Dehydration ,ftt signs
• Usg
• Lab –hypochloremic metabolic alkalosis

Therapeutic management
• Preoperative
• Rehydration 24 hours before surgery
• Metabolic alkalosis correction with fluids and electrolytes

surgery
Post operative
• Npo
Complications
