Types of Employee Adaptation

Let's get started with corporate adaptation. To become productive quickly,

a new hire should get all the necessary information about the company they
work for, for example:

• What are the company’s mission and values?

• What is the company's position in the market? What is it striving for?
• What are the company's strategic aims and priorities?
• Who are the key clients? Who are the main competitors?
• How is the company managed? Who makes the decisions?
• What is the corporate structure?
Takeaways

Сonsider all types of employee adaptation.

At this stage, it’s important to minimize the risk
of employee loss, since any of the above issues
can demotivate a new hire and make them quit
a job.

Don’t wait until a new employee starts

asking the questions (they may feel shy
and not ask them at all). Provide the answers
to them on day one.
Congratulations
