Dueño de la casa (Owner):Hello , good morning, are you the gardener from the service I hired?
Jardinero (Gardener) hello, good morning, yes! I´m ______________.
Owner: Glad that you are here, Do you have any experience in this type of job? 
Gardener: yes, I do . What do you need me to do?
Owner: the garden looks quite neglected/uncare/unkept. What do you suggest? What are your suggestions? What would
you do first?
Gardener: we should first do a general cleaning, weed and trim the fence and bushes id it is needed. We can also check the
watering system, the sprinkler. And watering the plants. T
Owner: I´m ok with that.. I would like some flowers in the garden.
Gardener: we can add some plants and flowers if you want . Any special request?
Owner: I like roses and lilies , white and red please.
Gardener:ok.we need to check fertilizers and the soil for plants to grow well.
Owner: good, need the garden to be fantastic.
Gardener: understood. Do you need me to move the lawn and do the edges?
Owner: yes please, but keep it no less than 3cm. And we need to clean the pool and remove the leaves from the backyard.
Gardener: ok. Is there anything more about the backyard?
Owner: No, that would be all.
Gardener: (once you have finished) Everything done,  would you need our services regularly?
Owner: I think  twice a month will be fine.
Gardener: ok, I´m scheduling gardening twice a month, any particular day?
Owner: friday please.
Gardener: Ok. Thanks for hiring our services. Have a nice day.
