Physical Anthropology
o Physical anthropology is a field of anthropology that is associated with the study of origin,
evolution, and patterns of diversity among and between populations. Physical
anthropologists make use of fossils of non-human primates and hominins to study human
evolution and adaptation; they study human biology in the context of culture and behavior. 

Archaeological Anthropology

o Archaeology and anthropology together encompass the study of humankind from the origins
of the human species to the present day. Both disciplines have a long
history: archaeology grew from 18th-century antiquarianism, while anthropology began
even earlier in the first days of colonial encounter.

o Responsibilities of Anthropologists vs. Archaeologists

Linguistic Anthropology
o Interdisciplinary study which detailed information about how
language influences the social life. It is used for studying the
document endangered languages.

Culture Anthropology

o A division of anthropology which deals with the study of culture in


all the aspects and which uses the method, concepts and data of
archaeology and ethnography.

o The bicultural approach is a feedback system through which the
biological and cultural interact; biology allows certain behaviors to
exist and in turn those behaviors influence biological traits.

The Holistic Approach


o Holistic medicine implies thought of the total individual, physically,
mentally, socially, and profoundly, in the administration and
avoidance of illness. These various states can be similarly significant.
They ought to be overseen together with the goal that an individual is
treated in general. A holistic approach implies that the specialist is
educated about a patient's entire life circumstance.

o Standards of a holistic approach incorporate the accompanying:

o Comparative historical approaches in sociology are research methods to
study social formation and transformation. “Comparative” studies
examine and contrast social structures and processes across countries or
regions to identify general patterns.

The Field Work


o Field work began dating to the twentieth century, and it has
developed as a branch of anthropology as a science. It has helped to
identify the various difference between cultures in the era and also
allowed one to gain awareness regarding Developmental aspects in
the society, dating back to decades. It has also facilitated and paved
way to various sectors in research which includes the study of
communities, beliefs and it's correlation with human behavior.

o In case of sociology ,it is relies upon quantitative methods with large datasets as it is based on numerical
informations ,mathematical and statistical analysis becomes easy with large data. The observations can be derived
from large samples which having representative of population.It includes systematic approach that helps for
analysis and step by step solution of social problem.Its observations accurate,realiable and valid as it is the
outcome of proper statistical information used for analysis.

History
o Anthropology is the investigation of what makes us human.
Anthropologists adopt an expansive strategy to understanding the a
wide range of parts of the human experience, which we call
comprehensive quality. They think about the past, through
paleontology, to perceive how human gatherings lived hundreds or
millennia prior and what was essential to them. They consider what
makes up our natural bodies and hereditary qualities, just as our
bones, diet, and wellbeing. Anthropologists additionally contrast
people with different creatures with see what we share practically
speaking with them and what makes us extraordinary.

Psychology
o In psychology qualitative research is that research whose findings and observations aren't
determined by statistical or other quantitative methods.It is based on observation,
interviewing techniques for understanding the behaviour of certain group of people.so
Psychology relies in qualitative research and small datasets.

Law and Political Science


o Al though all are sub field of political science Comparative
Politics studies the origins of foreign policy and use Comparative
method while making  Public Policy and Public Law and comparative
politics impact systems on the domestic political behavior and
functioning of a country.

Relevance of Anthropology

o Anthropology provides the possibility to study every aspect of human


existence. It is the window into the unknown. Anthropology provides
the answer to our questions about ourselves, our past, present and
future. Anthropology helps to connect everyone from around the
globe. The goal of anthropology is to understand the human
condition. The human condition includes what has happened in the
past, what is happening now, and what will happen later on. Again,
the great thing about anthropology’s subfields is that we can use each
other’s knowledge and research techniques to better understand why
we act the way we do, and how it affects our physical, cultural,
social, and political environments.

Conclusion

o Over all Topic Conclusion. They consider the past, through


archaeology, anthropology to see how human groups lived hundreds
or thousands of years ago and what was important to them. They
consider what makes up our biological bodies and genetics, as well as
our bones, diet, and health.
