Note:

 Recommended Panel size for Technical Evaluation – 2 members


 Recommended R1 mode of interview – Telephonic/Zoom
 Practice Lead to decide fitment of candidate, based on overall demand for the practice, R1 feedback & R2 self interview
 Practice Lead to align candidate to a suitable Account demand
 R3 (Client) is an optional Interview (if required), based on account specific processes. However Delivery Lead must have R3.
