What are Organisational Systems?

An organisational system is the structure

which helps a business achieve its goals by
combining all business elements to work
together. When implementing health and
safety a business must assess every
function.

An example is the divisional organisational

structure which is where employees are put
in teams based on their skills and each
team works on a different project.
An organisational system helps every
employee know their role and it provides a
path for improvement.

It also helps establish divisions within the

organisation, with each division being
specialised in a different sector of work.
Being specialised in a certain field of work,
means a higher level of work is produced.
By maintaining an
organisational system, it
reduces chances of
confusion, improves
efficiency and level of
communication and
employees work to a
higher standard.
