open unemployment has gone up from 1.8 percent to 2.1 percent

making the new recruit do the job and help him/her to grow

according to the contract, which has/shows the responsibilities of both entity
such as the notice time, security measures, formal letter etc. or it could be tenure
laying off is also another process of terminating the job
