Certainly here are some general ideas if our initial plan doesnot work :
1. First we asses our initial plan and identify the critical steps or components that could potentially fail. And understand
the weak points because it will help us to developing alternative options .
2. In this circumstance we define alternative approaches . In this situation we consier different strategies,resources,and
tactics that can be deployed to address the problem.
3. In this situation we can preemptive our previous action . These action may help mitigate potential risks or improve
the likelihood of success for the alternative plan.
4. In our experience we can face various challenges and after fail the plan we will allocate additional Resources like
additional budget(though we are save some money from our previous budget for our contingency plan) ,
personnel,equipment,or expertise
5. In our experience there could be lack of communication like we are planning for social media advertisement or
anything else .if the communication is not reach the target audience , wi will develop communication protocols.
