TICS (ICTs) IN

Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs), refers
to all communication technologies, including the internet,
wireless networks, cell phones, computers, software,
middleware, video-conferencing, social networking, and other
media applications and services

The objective of multimedia language teaching is to


promote students´ motivation, positive thinking and
communication skills in social practice.

There are many problems in practical teaching such as:
 Teachers aren´t proficient enough to handle technology
confidently in class.
 The courseware lack real-time effect and can not give
feedback.
The multimedia is an assisting instrument, can not replace
the dominant role teachers and it is part of teaching
process.
