PUSKESMAS DEFINITION
According to the Regulation of the Minister
of Health Number 49 of 2019 concerning
Puskesmas, it is stated that the Community
Health Center or hereinafter referred to as
Puskesmas is a health service facility that
organizes public health efforts and first-
level individual health efforts, by
prioritizing promotive and preventive
efforts in its work area.

Public Health Center (PHC) management


system is a series of planning, organizing,
implementing, controlling, evaluating and
accountability activities that are systematically
carried out by the PHC in order to carry out
tasks and functions so as to produce effective
and efficient PHC outputs.

MAKE A PLAN
The preparation of the Puskesmas Annual Plan must be complemented by a
proposed financing for the routine needs, facilities, infrastructure and operations of
the Puskesmas. The preparation of the Activity Proposal Plan (RUK) for the coming
year (N + 1) was prepared in January of the current year (N) based on the results of
the study of the achievement of the previous year's activities (N-1), and it is
expected that the process of preparing the RUK has been completed at the
Puskesmas at the end of January of the current year (N).
