Work Timings
Monday to Saturday (2nd & 4th Saturday off on discretion of the
Management), Sunday fixed off
Office hours – 9am to 5.30 pm, grace time upto 9.15 am
Half day deduction on reporting later then 9.15 am on more than 2
instances
Lunch break – 30 mins only
Dress Code
Formals – Monday to Thursday
Termination -
Under probation – Has to serve notice of 15 days
Confirmed employee – Has to serve notice of 30 days (Upto DGM
level) & Above GM level, 45 days notice to be served
Full & Final Settlement – 30 days from the last working day
Leaves
Earned Leave – Total 31 days in a year i.e. April to March
Paid leaves – 21 days in a year (1 week prior intimation to be given)
Casual leaves – 10 days in a year (1 day prior intimation to be given)
Half day – Employee should work for at least 4.5 hours in a day otherwise
considered absent for the day

Minimum 1 employee to be nominated by the respective Reporting
