PQ Legacy
 Since 1959, PQ has set benchmarks for Indian as well as international
manufacturers by equipping photographers and studio-owners with
excellent quality gear at affordable prices

 Photoquip India Ltd. was incorporated in 1994 with shared listed in BSE
and Ahmedabad Stock Exchange

 Photoquip manufactures over 275 products for exports and more than
4000 lights a month, emerging as one of the largest producers of studio
lights in the world including finished products

 Initial turnover – INR 8.7 million, last year turnover recorded over INR 600
million

 Monday to Saturday (2nd & 4th Saturday off on discretion of the

Service Conditions
 Probation – 6 months from joining extended to another 3 months incase
of underperformance

 Termination -
 Under probation – Has to serve notice of 15 days
 Confirmed employee – Has to serve notice of 30 days (Upto DGM
level) & Above GM level, 45 days notice to be served

 Full & Final Settlement – 30 days from the last working day
Leaves
 Earned Leave – Total 31 days in a year i.e. April to March
 Paid leaves – 21 days in a year (1 week prior intimation to be given)
 Casual leaves – 10 days in a year (1 day prior intimation to be given)

 Maternity Leave - 180 calendar days

 Paternity Leave – 7 calendar days

 Half day – Employee should work for at least 4.5 hours in a day otherwise
considered absent for the day

 Company Listed Holidays – Declared in January every year
